Citizen participation in times of lockdown

In the first half of 2020, Andorra Innovation Hub helped to promote the Visc.ad citizen participation platform in many ways.

First, by advising on the adoption and configuration of the virtual platform, based on the Decidim model.

In addition, we wrote a report of recommendations in relation to the census that should be allowed to take part in the participatory processes.

Finally, we also collaborated in the definition, dynamization and analysis of the virtual participation processes that took place both during the lockdown period and in the first months of the de-escalation, between spring and summer of 2020.
