Impuls Jove

Andorra Research and Innovation has contributed to the development and promotion of Impuls Jove, a project led by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services.

Impuls Jove is the temporary employment pool for young people between 16 and 25 years old, which connects the country's talent with the opportunities in the labour market from different sectors. The solution is designed in an application to facilitate the user experience with the young people and the company can publish the different offers and interact with the young people through the web platform.

The solution responds to one of the main challenges currently facing the country, the need for both sides to work together to retain talent and connect it to the needs of the country.

The project has had a great success with more than 700 registered users and more than 80 companies represented.
