Food Waste in Andorra, Insight and Transformation

With the 25/2022 Circular Economy Law and the approval of the National Circular Economy Strategy in mind, this project aims to build a comprehensive food waste model for Andorra. This includes integrating data from supermarkets, schools, households, and/or other establishments for corresponding modeling. The model will be useful for showing the current waste scenario in Andorra, with the hope that, in the future, it will serve as a basis for developing measures using the framework proposed by the principles of a circular economy.

A data visualization is planned to disseminate knowledge and raise awareness among the general public.
